UGH! The withdrawls of changing a lifestyle are tough! I've been a smoker for over 20 years! I have a patch on but everything I did revolved around me smoking. I didn't even bring a coffee to work this evening. I feel a lil cranky only because I am changing my routine.
Last January I quit smoking. I never thought I'd get to a point where I could wake up and be smoke free and nicitene free and NOT THINK ABOUT HAVING A SMOKE and one day it happened. It was so nice to feel that freedom.
I want it back! I should have never started again. This week is going to be tough but I did it once, I know I can do it again.
Just thought I'd share an insane part of my life with ya'all.
